This Privacy Policy explains how Invoid Vision BV(“Invoid Vision”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you visit our website or contact us about a project. We are based in Belgium and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, optionally your company, the type of project, an indicative budget and your message. We may also collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Your data is stored on EU-based infrastructure and kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
