This Privacy Policy explains how Invoid Vision BV (“Invoid Vision”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you visit our website or contact us about a project. We are based in Belgium and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, whether your company is registered in Belgium, optionally your company, the country your company is based in and the URL of your current site or product, the type of project, an indicative budget, your preferred language for the project, an optional deadline and your message. If you reached this site through a link carrying campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign or ref), those tags are sent with the form too, so we know which link or partner brought the enquiry.

If — and only if — you allow it, we also collect anonymous usage data about how this site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, and where visitors arrive from. This website uses no advertising trackers, no advertising networks, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

2. Analytics and cookies

We use PostHog to understand which pages actually lead to a conversation, on its EU Cloud infrastructure, so this data stays in the European Union. PostHog sets a cookie, so we ask before it loads anything: the first time you visit you will see a short banner with an explicit choice.

Nothing is loaded and nothing is collected until you choose “Allow”. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded at all and the site works exactly the same. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so we do not have to ask again; clearing your site data resets it and you will be asked once more. We do not use analytics data to build advertising profiles, and we do not share it with advertisers.

The only other browser storage this site uses is functional and stays on your device: a flag recording that you have seen the intro animation, your analytics choice above, and — only if the link that brought you here carried campaign tags — those tags, kept in session storage until you close the tab so they can travel with an enquiry you choose to send. They are not sent anywhere unless you submit the form.

3. How we use your data

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Analytics data is processed solely on the basis of the consent you give in the banner, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser or by emailing us.

5. Data storage and retention

Your data is stored on EU-based infrastructure and kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate — email delivery (Resend), hosting, and, where you have consented, product analytics (PostHog, EU Cloud) — each bound by a data-processing agreement to protect it. We never sell personal data.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any right, email welcome@invoid.vision.
