How it ships
Same four steps for every package. The length changes, the order does not.
We go through the goal, the users, the constraints and the deadline, then write down what is included, what is excluded and what done means.
Days 1–2 of a website sprint, or the full 5-day Decision Sprint when the idea needs shaping first.
We design the flows and the interface, and prototype the parts that carry the most risk. You review before code exists.
Days 3–5 of a website sprint. Week 1–2 of an MVP.
We build it, test it, and show it to you every week. If something is going to slip you hear it in that week's demo, not at the deadline.
Most of the package.
We deploy to production, connect analytics, and hand over the repository, the accounts and the documentation.
The final days of the package.
After handover you can keep going with a monthly care plan, or take everything and never speak to us again. Both are fine.

Writes the code and owns the architecture. Nearly four years as an embedded engineer at Mediahuis, where he shipped two SDKs used across the group's news apps, then in 2025 an operations platform for the Belgian Federal Police, and currently BNP Paribas Fortis. Toptal-vetted, top 3% of applicants.
The person on the kickoff call is the person committing to your repository on day one, and the person you email in month six.
Operations & Delivery
Runs the project side: scoping, the fixed-price quote, the timeline, the weekly demo, contracts and invoicing. She is your single point of contact from the first call to the handover.
If a deadline is at risk or the scope has moved, you hear it early, in writing, with options.

Four public prices: €2,500 for a 5-day Decision Sprint, €5,000 for a website in 10 working days, €10,000 for a web-app MVP in 4–6 weeks, from €20,000 for a product build in 6–8 weeks. Anything larger is quoted after a Decision Sprint. Prices exclude VAT.
The scope is written down and priced before we start. If you add something after that, we quote the change in writing before we build it. You are never billed for hours you did not agree to.
It depends on the package, not on a slogan: 5 business days, 10 business days, 4–6 weeks or 6–8 weeks. We commit to the date in the contract.
We do. Our own engineer writes the code, and you keep the same contact throughout. When a build needs extra design, QA or backend capacity we add a specialist we have worked with before, inside the fixed price.
Yes, and we have. We take over existing codebases, clear what is broken and carry on shipping features. It starts with a paid review of the code so the quote is based on what is actually there rather than on hope.
Yes. All code and design transfers to you on full payment, along with the repository, the accounts and the documentation. Third-party licences stay with their owners.
This site is in English, Dutch, French and Russian, and you can send an enquiry in any of them. Project meetings and day-to-day work run in English or Russian. Product languages are separate again: we build the multilingual structure — separate URLs, correct hreflang, one canonical per page — and the copy comes from you or from a reviewer we agree on.
No. Those are engineering engagements — our engineer working inside their teams. The client product we shipped as a studio is Getizy.
For speed on the parts where speed is safe: prototypes, boilerplate, tests, documentation. Architecture, security, review and what ships are decided by a human who signs their name to it.
