Websites and apps. Scoped up front. Fixed price.

We design and build websites, web apps and mobile apps for founders and small companies. You work directly with the people accountable for delivery, and the scope and the price are agreed before development starts. You get the code.

One business day for a reply. Usually the same day.

Fixed scope · fixed price · you own everything

Website in 10 working days. Web-app MVP in 4–6 weeks.

Read the Getizy case

The organisations on the left are engineering engagements — our engineer working inside their teams. The products on the right are ours to show.

Featured project

Getizy: someone else's codebase, made to ship.

Getizy had an iOS and Android product and a development company that had moved on. We took the codebase over, cleared the inherited bugs, and kept shipping new functionality into production.

  • Codebase takeover
  • iOS & Android
  • Bug clearing
  • New features
  • Production releases

Shipped to the App Store and Google Play

Fixed-price packages

Three ways to start. Every one has a number.

Prices are public so you can tell whether we're a fit before booking a call.

Product Build

from €20,000

6–8 weeks, scoped up front

A product with several workflows, priced once the scope is written down.

  • Product and UX
  • Design system
  • Multiple core workflows
  • Integrations
  • QA
  • Production deployment
  • Documentation and handover

Scope is written down before signature. Anything added later is a written change order.

Scope a product build

Prices exclude VAT. Mobile releases, extra languages, extra integrations and data migration are quoted as fixed add-ons.

Not sure which one?

Start with a Product Decision Sprint — €2,500, five business days.

For when the idea is real but the build cannot be quoted yet. You get discovery, user flows, a clickable prototype, a technical plan, a prioritised backlog and a fixed quote for the build. Credited in full against a build that starts within 30 days.

Start with a sprint

See exactly what is in and out of each package

How it ships

Four steps. Nothing is built before you approve the scope.

Same four steps for every package. The length changes, the order does not.

01

Scope

We go through the goal, the users, the constraints and the deadline, then write down what is included, what is excluded and what done means.

Days 1–2 of a website sprint, or the full 5-day Decision Sprint when the idea needs shaping first.

  • Written scope
  • Acceptance criteria
  • Fixed price
  • Start and end date
02

Design

We design the flows and the interface, and prototype the parts that carry the most risk. You review before code exists.

Days 3–5 of a website sprint. Week 1–2 of an MVP.

  • Flows
  • Interface design
  • Clickable prototype where it helps
03

Build

We build it, test it, and show it to you every week. If something is going to slip you hear it in that week's demo, not at the deadline.

Most of the package.

  • Preview environment from week one
  • Weekly demo
  • Open backlog
04

Launch and handover

We deploy to production, connect analytics, and hand over the repository, the accounts and the documentation.

The final days of the package.

  • Live product
  • Source code and design files
  • Documentation
  • Store release where in scope

After handover you can keep going with a monthly care plan, or take everything and never speak to us again. Both are fine.

Our own products

We ship our own software, with our own money.

Client work teaches you delivery. Running your own products teaches you what to cut.

The team

Who you'll actually work with.

A small core team covering engineering and delivery, with specialists brought in when the project needs them. You talk to them directly, from the first call to the handover.

Artem Kuznetsov

Artem Kuznetsov

Founder, Engineering

Writes the code and owns the architecture. Nearly four years as an embedded engineer at Mediahuis, where he shipped two SDKs used across the group's news apps, then in 2025 an operations platform for the Belgian Federal Police, and currently BNP Paribas Fortis. Toptal-vetted, top 3% of applicants.

The person on the kickoff call is the person committing to your repository on day one, and the person you email in month six.

Operations & Delivery

Runs the project side: scoping, the fixed-price quote, the timeline, the weekly demo, contracts and invoicing. She is your single point of contact from the first call to the handover.

If a deadline is at risk or the scope has moved, you hear it early, in writing, with options.
