The studio

A small studio in Tongeren.

Invoid Vision designs and builds websites and applications for a fixed price. You work directly with the people building it, with trusted specialists added when the scope requires them.

  • Registered in Tongeren, 2021
  • Direct access, no hand-offs
  • Fixed scope, fixed price

How we got here

A consultancy that turned into a studio.

Invoid Vision BV was registered in Tongeren in 2021. For the first years the invoices were engineering time, billed by the day, inside other people's teams.

The company is built around different work now: projects we scope, price and own from the first sketch to production — fixed-price builds for clients, and our own products.

We ship our own software, with our own money. Dokus is the clearest example: a financial platform for Belgian SMEs, live at dokus.tech, with Peppol e-invoicing ready for Belgium's 2026 mandate, a free plan and a €29 per month plan. Komparo, our grocery price-comparison app, is on Google Play. Crypto Vision is a paid visionOS app on the App Store.

Running your own software teaches you what client work never does: what to cut, what breaks in month three, and what a support email costs. Clients get the benefit without paying the tuition.

The core

Small by design. It scales when the scope does.

You get the engineer who writes your code and the person who runs your project, from the first call to the handover.

Artem Kuznetsov

Artem Kuznetsov

Founder, Engineering

Writes the code and owns the architecture. Kotlin and Swift for native apps, TypeScript and React on the web, and the services underneath them. Most of the last four years were spent inside large engineering organisations — a media group, a federal police force, a bank — where code has to survive audits, store review and whoever inherits it.

He is on the kickoff call, in the repository on day one, and answering the email in month six.

Operations & Delivery

Runs the project side: scoping, the fixed-price quote, the timeline, the weekly demo, contracts and invoicing. She is your single point of contact, and the one who decides what happens next when a week goes sideways.

If a deadline is at risk or the scope has moved, you hear it early, in writing, with the options and what each one costs.

When we bring in help

Some builds need a specialist: a designer, a native mobile developer, a security reviewer. You are told who they are and what they are doing before the contract is signed, and they are paid out of the fixed price rather than added to it. Artem reviews and stays accountable for every line that ships, whoever wrote it.

What that buys you

  • No account manager, no junior hand-off, no hourly meter.
  • You know who is working on your project, by name, before you sign.
  • If a project needs a skill we do not have, we say so and bring in someone who does.

How we work

Six things decided before the work starts.

Fixed scope, fixed price.

What is included, what is excluded and what done means are written down before anything is built. Anything added after signature is a written change order, quoted before we start on it.

From scratch, or from where you are.

We build new products, and we take over existing ones: a stalled build, a contractor who left. A takeover starts with a paid review of the code, so the quote is based on what is actually there.

You own everything.

Code, design files, repository, accounts and documentation transfer to you on full payment. No licence to a framework of ours, no hosting you cannot leave.

English or Russian.

Project communication runs in English or Russian. Languages inside the product are a separate matter: they can be part of the scope, with the copy supplied by you or an agreed language review, quoted as a fixed add-on.

AI where it is safe. A person where it is not.

We use AI for prototypes, boilerplate, tests and documentation. Architecture, security, review and what ships are decided by a person who signs their name to it. Nobody buys software because it was generated quickly.

EU by default.

EU hosting and data residency, GDPR handled from the start rather than retrofitted, Stripe and Bancontact for payments, Belgian VAT and EU OSS on the invoice.

Capability

What we can own.

The work we take responsibility for end to end.

Product strategy and scoping
What to build first, what to leave out, and what the first version has to prove.
UX and interface design
Flows, screens and a design system that still holds up at screen forty.
Marketing websites
Positioning, structure, build, CMS, technical SEO and the lead form behind it.
Web applications
Accounts, roles, workflows and admin — the part that has to keep running after launch.
iOS and Android
Native releases and store submission, on our code or on a codebase we inherit.
APIs and back-office
The services and internal tools nobody sees and everybody depends on.
Payments and integrations
Stripe and Bancontact, Peppol e-invoicing, and the third-party systems around them.
Analytics, QA and launch
Events worth measuring, tests worth running, and a deployment that is boring on purpose.
AI where it earns its place
Used when it makes the product better for the user, not to put it in the release notes.
Spatial and visionOS
Crypto Vision is our own paid visionOS app on the App Store. Real capability, offered on request.

Everything on that list has shipped, on a client project or on one of our own products.
