For founders and B2B SaaS teams

Go from a product idea to something customers can actually use.

Product definition, design, engineering, launch and handover. €10,000, 4–6 weeks, scope fixed before the first line of code.

Fixed scope · fixed price · you own the code and the accounts

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not for.

We would rather lose the project in the first email than in week three.

This is for you if

  • You have a product idea, a real user in mind and no engineering team.
  • You have a prototype, a no-code build or a spreadsheet that has outgrown itself.
  • You raised a little, or nothing, and every euro has to become working software.
  • You have to show something working to customers or investors on a date.

This is not for you if

  • You want developers you direct week to week. We sell a scoped outcome, not seats.
  • The scope cannot be pinned down yet. Start with the €2,500 Decision Sprint.
  • You need a certified or regulated system signed off by a third-party auditor.

Not every project starts empty. We also take over a stalled build, a contractor who left, an app shipping bugs faster than features. That begins with a paid review of the code, so the quote is based on what is in the repository.

What you get

What MVP means here.

Not a demo. Software a stranger can sign into, use and pay for.

Product definition
One core workflow, chosen and defended. Everything else is written down for later.
Interface design
Real screens and real states, including empty, loading and error.
The application
A responsive web app with accounts, authentication and the agreed roles.
The core workflow
The one thing your product exists to do, built properly.
Admin
A back office for the records you will need to change yourself.
One integration or payment path
Stripe, Bancontact or the API your product depends on.
Tests on the critical paths
Signup, the core workflow and the part that takes money.
Launch and handover
Deployment, monitoring, analytics, documentation, and the repository and accounts in your name.

Web first. One core workflow, one integration, no native mobile app. iOS and Android, extra languages, extra integrations and data migration are fixed-price add-ons, quoted before we start.

Two numbers

Start with the build, or with the decision.

If the idea is clear enough to write down, go straight to the MVP Sprint. If not, the Decision Sprint makes it quotable — and is credited in full against a build that starts within 30 days.

Product Decision Sprint

€2,500

5 business days

For when the idea is real but the build cannot be quoted yet.

  • Discovery
  • User flows
  • Clickable prototype
  • Technical plan
  • Prioritised backlog
  • A fixed quote for the build

Nothing goes to production.

Credited in full against a build that starts within 30 days.

Start with a sprint

Web-App MVP Sprint

€10,000

4–6 weeks

One workflow, done properly, in front of real users.

  • UX and interface
  • Responsive web app
  • Accounts and auth
  • One core workflow
  • Simple admin
  • One integration or payment path
  • Testing
  • Deployment

Web first. Roles, integrations and features fixed before we start.

Book the MVP sprint

Prices exclude VAT. The Decision Sprint is paid in full up front. The MVP Sprint is 50% at signature, 30% on the approved functional milestone, 20% on production handover. Anything added after signature is a written change order.

Proof

We built and run the same kind of product.

Dokus is ours. We ship our own software, with our own money.

Our product · Live

Dokus

Dokus is a financial platform for Belgian SMEs: invoicing, documents and Peppol e-invoicing for the 2026 mandate. We built it and we run it — app.dokus.tech, a free plan and a €29/month plan with the billing behind them, a multilingual marketing site and five competitor comparison pages.

Same shape as what founders ask us to build: subscription tiers, real billing, a regulatory deadline we do not control, and software that has to keep working on Monday morning.

Getizy

We inherited an existing iOS and Android product from the development company before us, cleared the bugs and technical debt that came with it, and kept shipping new functionality.

The service is no longer publicly available.

Komparo and Crypto Vision

Komparo is our AI grocery price-comparison app on Google Play. Crypto Vision is our paid visionOS app on the App Store.

Store review, release builds and paid tiers are familiar ground.

How it runs

Four to six weeks, with a demo every week.

The same people from the first call to the handover.

  1. Week 0

    Scope and signature

We write down what is included, what is excluded and what done means, then fix the price and the dates. Nothing is built before you approve that.

  2. Week 1–2

    Design and prototype

Flows and real screens, prototyped where the risk sits. You review the interface before it is built.

  3. Week 2–5

    Build, with a weekly demo

A preview environment from the first week of the build, not a demo at the end. If something slips, you hear it in that week's demo.

  4. Week 5–6

    QA, launch and handover

Testing on the critical paths, production deployment, monitoring and analytics, documentation, and the repository and accounts transferred to you.

The engineer who writes the code, and the person who runs the scope, the quote, the weekly demo and the contract. Specialists are added when a build requires them, paid out of the fixed price and named before you sign.

Questions

What founders ask before they sign.

€10,000 seems low for an MVP. Where is the catch?

In the scope, and the scope is written down: one core workflow, one integration, web only. That is what makes the number and the date real. Anything beyond it is a fixed-price add-on or the Product Build, from €20,000.

What if I need iOS and Android?

Mobile is a fixed-price add-on on top of the MVP Sprint or the Product Build, quoted before we start. Komparo is on Google Play, Crypto Vision is on the App Store, and we took a client's iOS and Android product through both stores.

Can you take over something that is already half-built?

Yes. It begins with a paid review of the code, so the quote reflects what is in the repository. Then you get a fixed price for finishing the build, or a recommendation to start again.

Who owns the product?

You do. Code, design files, repository, accounts and documentation transfer to you on full payment. Third-party licences stay with their owners.

How do payments work?

50% at signature, 30% when the functional milestone is approved, 20% on production handover. Prices exclude VAT.

What happens after launch?

Either a monthly care plan or the next fixed-price block of work. Neither is obligatory, and nothing in the handover ties the product to us.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before you send anything sensitive. Ask on the form or say so in your first email.

Tell us the one thing your product must do.

Send a short brief. You get the assumptions we would work from, a timeline and one number, usually within one business day.
