Pricing

Fixed price means fixed.

Before you sign you see the scope, what is not included, what done means, the dates and the total.

All prices exclude 21% Belgian VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge.

How it holds

How a fixed price stays fixed

It holds because of four rules, applied every time.

  1. The scope is written down.

Features, screens, integrations and acceptance criteria, in a document you approve. If it is not in the document, it is not in the price.

  2. The exclusions are written down too.

We list what we are deliberately not building, in the same document.

  3. Changes are quoted, not absorbed.

A new requirement after approval gets a written change order with a price and a date impact, before anyone starts.

  4. We carry the estimate risk.

If we underestimated the work, that is our problem, not an extra invoice.

Two things move a fixed price: a change order you approved in writing, and a delay caused by material we are waiting on from you. Nothing else.

The ladder

Boundaries

What is never in the price, unless we quote it

This list exists so that nobody discovers it in week five.

  • Copywriting in volume, photography, illustration and video
  • Translation into French, Dutch or any other language, and native review
  • Third-party costs: hosting, CMS, email, Stripe fees, Apple and Google developer accounts, fonts, stock, domains
  • Ad budgets, ongoing SEO campaigns and paid media management
  • Data migration from an existing system
  • Work on a codebase we did not write, before we have reviewed it and quoted it
  • SSO, SOC 2, ISO and sector certification work
  • Legal texts. We place your privacy policy and terms; your lawyer writes them
  • Support and maintenance after handover, which is a separate agreement
  • Anything a third party has to deliver before we can continue

Money and changes

Payment and change orders

One payment plan per package. One rule for anything that arrives after signature.

Code and design transfer to you on full payment. Invoicing terms are in the project agreement you sign.

The change-order rule

Anything outside the signed scope is a change order: one page saying what it is, what it costs, what it does to the date. Nothing is built and nothing is invoiced until you approve it in writing.

What we need from you

  • One decision maker who can approve.
  • Content, logos, brand assets and account access by the dates in the plan.
  • Feedback within two business days at review points.

If we are waiting on material from you, the date moves by the days we waited. We tell you the moment that clock starts.

The commercial basics, settled.

EU hosting, GDPR handled

We host in the EU by default and sign the data processing agreement before the work starts.

Stripe and Bancontact

Payments run on Stripe, with Bancontact and SEPA where your customers expect them.

Belgian VAT, EU reverse charge

Invoiced from Belgium under VAT BE 0777.887.045, reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid number.

You own all code and design

On full payment the repository, design files, accounts and documentation are yours.

Questions

What people ask about the price.

Why publish prices at all?

So you can tell whether we're a fit before booking a call.

What if my project does not fit any of these?

Then it starts with a Decision Sprint. Five business days, €2,500, and you leave with a plan and a real quote — whoever ends up building it.

What if my budget is under €2,500?

Say so on the form. We either propose a smaller piece of work that is genuinely useful, or point you to someone who fits better.

Do you work hourly or on retainer?

Not for builds. After launch, maintenance and small improvements are a separate agreement, quoted when handover is done.

What happens if the project runs over?

If the overrun is ours, we absorb it. That is what a fixed price means. If it comes from an approved change or from material we were waiting on, the impact was in the change order you approved.

Who owns the code?

You do, on full payment: repository, design files, accounts and documentation. Third-party libraries and pre-existing components keep their own licences.

Someone else built our product. Can you take it over?

Yes. It starts with a paid code review, so the quote reflects what is actually in the repository. Then you get a fixed price for clearing what is broken and for what you want shipped next.

Do contractors cost extra?

No. Specialists are brought in when the project needs them, inside the fixed price. You are told who they are before you sign.

Tell us what you need. You get scope, timeline and a fixed price.

One short form. A reply within one business day. If we are not the right studio for it, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
