The arrangement
We stay invisible unless you invite us in. Your name on the deliverables, our commits in a repository you own. Or we join the call as your engineering lead — you pick before the project starts.
We sign a non-solicitation clause; ask for our partner terms. No direct approach to your client, and no using their name or yours as a reference without written permission. Anything they ask us outside your scope goes back to you.
You get back written assumptions, an implementation plan, a timeline and one number. What you mark it up by is your business. No hourly estimates, and nothing reaches an invoice that was not a written change order first.
Engineering and delivery from our core team, with specialists brought in when the brief needs them — paid out of the fixed price and named before you sign. Direct access, and you do not carry a developer between wins.

Feasibility, the components that cost more than they look, the states the design is missing, and what the client will ask for in week three.
What we assumed, what we excluded, what we need from you — in writing. You correct it before we price it.
Scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and handover as a single number. The date goes in the contract; payment runs on the same milestones as our public packages.
If the brief is not buildable at your client's budget, you hear it at step two.
No commitment
One file, one reply: the implementation risks, what it will take to build, and a plan you could hand to any developer. No call required.
Free, and yours to keep, whoever builds it. Reviewing an existing codebase is different work and is quoted.
Scope
Brand identity, campaign strategy and media buying. That is your side of the table.
Our prices are public: €5,000 for a website in 10 business days, €10,000 for a web-app MVP in 4–6 weeks, from €20,000 for a product build in 6–8 weeks, scoped up front. If the scope is not written down yet, a €2,500 Decision Sprint takes five business days and writes it. Mobile releases, extra languages and extra integrations are quoted fixed on top. Anything outside that shape is priced per brief. Prices exclude VAT.
