These Terms govern your use of the Invoid Vision website and the proposals and services provided by Invoid Vision BV. Specific project work is always governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Our services

Invoid Vision designs, builds and ships web, mobile and spatial applications. Any project scope, deliverables, timeline and price are confirmed in a project agreement before work begins.

2. Quotes & fixed pricing

Project quotes are based on the scope agreed during the scoping phase. Prices are fixed for the agreed scope; changes to scope may adjust the price or timeline, always agreed in writing first. Prices are stated excluding VAT, which is applied per the applicable EU rate.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the code and designs we produce for your project transfers to you, excluding third-party components and any pre-existing or proprietary frameworks, which remain under their respective licenses.

4. Website content

The content on this website is provided for general information. Product and client names are the property of their respective owners.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
